May 15, 2004 The ACLU calls DEMOCRACY AND REGULATION "essential reading for anyone in the neighborhood council movement...or to anyone rebuilding a country without a plan." Jerrold Oppenheim and Theo MacGregor respond: "Freedom of Expression, Upton Sinclair-style, leads to action. What an honor to be associated with that legacy. Demand Democracy!"
